We are reinventing the way operators view their parking assets and are already emerging as the UK market leader – we want to welcome on-board a Project Manager that can seamlessly span across operations and tech, who understands the multifaceted nature of this role and where your experience and skills will be utilised to their full potential

The Role

We need you to hit the ground running, taking ownership of the project backlog and managing the workload of your tech coordinators.  You will ensure that new functionality is tested vigorously in an operational environment and delivers to the agreed specification.  It’s a hands-on role which requires you to thoroughly understand the customer’s working environment and requires an articulate individual that has the ability to explain complex technology and processes with ease.

Reporting into the Head of Tech, we need someone to own the delivery of all technical projects.  You will have a proven track record of leading and mentoring a small internal team and managing external suppliers to ensure we deliver excellence time after time to our customers.  You will have experience of handling competing priorities and continuously communicating on progress to all stakeholders

The Role

You’re our Product expert; you’ll be able to explain and demonstrate the value of our solution and drive product advocacy across all levels of our customers business.  You will build strong, long lasting relationships and will be on hand to provide guidance, support and problem-solving ability to ensure our customers are using the solution to its full potential.  

Reporting directly into the Managing Director, you will have a proven track record of being both a Product and Customer advocate.  You will have experience of improving customer satisfaction whilst effortlessly working with technical solutions and operational processes.

Based near Luton Airport, this off-site airport parking organisation are looking for fit, careful and motivated drivers to come and join their team.

You will be moving cars from the arrivals area to a secure parking ‘pen’ on site, so you will be happy to work outside and take care and pride in what you do.

This is a fixed term contract, 16 hours per week, 8 hours shifts (4pm to midnight Sunday and Monday) however, there may be an opportunity for more hours.

This company provides an off-airport parking service and your role is to assist with the smooth and efficient operation of car parking on the site in accordance with the Company’s policies, procedures and values. Providing great service and enhancing the customer’s experience encouraging customers to provide repeat business.

If you also have experience of bus driving and hold a valid PCV/D1 licence (without restriction on hire and reward) and CPC then the opportunity to drive the 16 seater minibus to take customers to and from the airport is available alongside car moving.

The Role

You’ll need to take ownership of our range of products within the B2B SaaS and self-service parking sector. This role will drive the strategy and continued development of our products and is a great opportunity to be part of a breakaway product with parent company backing. It’s a hands-on role which requires a creative and articulate individual that possesses a unique blend of business acumen and technical knowledge.

Reporting and working directly with the MD, you will have a proven track record of defining a product strategy, managing a portfolio of products and working with external customers / development agencies / internal developers to build and drive product decisions. Your initial focus will be on developing and managing the consolidation program for their existing core product – tracking performance, identifying KPI’s and ensuring they meet them.

The Opportunity
