The role – Our Customer Services Assistant role at Luton and Receptionist role at Birmingham are key to making a customer’s journey as smooth as possible. Greeting passengers on arrival, helping them check-in and encouraging them to buy one of our value added products such as a ‘return greet’ or ‘valet’ helps them have a hassle free experience from the start to the end of their trip. Our team all excel in providing a warm and friendly service, where nothing is too much trouble making sure the start and finish to each customer’s journey is just easy.
